By accessing linkflowcore.click or engaging Linkflow Core Advisory (“we,” “us,” “our”) for consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Linkflow Core Advisory is a business consulting practice registered in Taiwan, operating from Office 10, 54 Demo Street, Chiayi 00000. We provide advisory services related to client onboarding improvement for creative, marketing, and communications agencies.

3. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Use the site to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content

4. Consulting services

4.1 Scope

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written quote or engagement letter agreed before work begins. Website descriptions are summaries only and do not constitute a binding offer.

4.2 Client responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to relevant staff, documents, and information necessary for us to perform the agreed services. Delays caused by incomplete client input may extend timelines and may incur additional fees if agreed in writing.

4.3 Advisory nature

Our services are advisory. We do not manage client accounts on your behalf, make binding decisions for your agency, or guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth or client retention rates.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 Our materials

Methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing templates we bring to an engagement remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables created specifically for their engagement (such as playbooks and workshop summaries) for internal agency purposes. Clients may not resell or publicly distribute our deliverables as standalone products.

5.3 Website content

All content on linkflowcore.click — text, design, logos, and graphics — is owned by Linkflow Core Advisory unless attributed to a third party. You may not reproduce it without prior written consent.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in New Taiwan Dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are set out in each engagement letter. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under Taiwan law and may suspend ongoing work.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client information shared during engagements as confidential and use it only to perform agreed services. We do not disclose client names or project details in marketing materials without permission, except for anonymised case examples.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Taiwan law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
• We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your failure to implement recommendations or from decisions made by your agency or your clients.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Linkflow Core Advisory against claims arising from your misuse of our deliverables, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights in materials you provide to us.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement according to the termination provisions in the engagement letter. We may terminate website access or refuse future engagements at our discretion.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan, unless the parties agree in writing to alternative dispute resolution.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
