Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to consulting services purchased from Linkflow Core Advisory, including Onboarding Audits & Playbooks, Team Onboarding Workshops, and Implementation Support retainers. It does not apply to third-party costs (travel, venue hire) invoiced at cost.

2. General principles

We aim to deliver agreed scope on time and to a professional standard. Refunds are considered when we fail to deliver agreed services or when cancellation terms below apply. Deposits secure scheduling and preparatory work; they are not automatically refundable once an engagement has begun.

3. Onboarding Audit & Playbook

Deposit (50%)

  • Before work begins: Full deposit refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled kickoff call.
  • Within 14 days of kickoff: Deposit is non-refundable unless we agree to reschedule due to circumstances on our side.
  • After discovery interviews have started: Deposit is non-refundable. Completed work to date may be invoiced additionally if you terminate early.

Balance (50%)

  • Due upon delivery of the final playbook.
  • If you terminate after receiving the draft current-state map but before final delivery, you owe the balance proportional to work completed (typically 50% of the total fee).
  • If we fail to deliver a final playbook within 14 days of the agreed date (excluding delays caused by your team), you may request a partial refund of the balance or an extension at no extra charge.

4. Team Onboarding Workshop

Full fee

  • Cancellation 14+ days before session: Full refund minus NT$ 5,000 administrative fee.
  • Cancellation 7–13 days before session: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation fewer than 7 days before session: No refund; we will offer one reschedule within 60 days subject to availability.
  • No-show by client: No refund.

If we cancel the workshop, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled date at your choice.

5. Implementation Support retainer

  • Before first advisory call: Full refund of the first month’s retainer if cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled kickoff.
  • After first call: Monthly retainers are non-refundable for the current period. You may cancel future months with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
  • Minimum period: The initial four-week commitment is non-refundable once advisory calls have commenced.

6. Non-refundable items

The following are not refundable once incurred:

  • Travel and accommodation booked for on-site workshops
  • Third-party venue or catering costs paid on your behalf
  • Work already delivered (draft or final documents, workshop summaries, advisory call notes)
  • Administrative fees stated in cancellation terms above

7. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted for workshops if requested at least 7 days before the original date. Additional reschedules may incur NT$ 3,000 administrative fee. Audit timelines may shift without penalty when delays are caused by late document delivery from your team.

8. No-shows and missed client obligations

If your team repeatedly misses scheduled interviews or workshops without notice (two or more instances), we may treat the engagement as terminated by you, with fees due for work completed and no refund of deposits.

9. Dissatisfaction with deliverables

If you believe deliverables do not match the agreed scope, notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will:

  1. Review your concerns against the engagement letter
  2. Offer revisions within scope at no additional charge
  3. If a material scope shortfall is confirmed, negotiate a partial refund or additional work

We do not offer refunds based on business outcomes (e.g., client retention rates) because consulting results depend on your implementation.

10. Refund process

  1. Email info@linkflowcore.click with your name, engagement reference, and reason for the request.
  2. We acknowledge within 3 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
  4. Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution.

11. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in refusal of future engagements.
