Fees depend on team size, document volume, and travel. Below are starting points; we confirm a written quote after a brief scoping call.
How we price engagements
Agency onboarding consulting is scoped by the number of team members involved, the volume of existing materials to review, and whether work is delivered remotely or on-site. We provide a written quote before any engagement begins. Prices below are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) and exclude applicable taxes.

What affects your quote
Team size. Audits involving more than four interviewees or multiple office locations require additional time.
Document volume. Reviews beyond eight intake templates, emails, or checklists are quoted per additional batch of five documents.
Travel. Workshop delivery in Chiayi County includes travel. Sessions in Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, or elsewhere in Taiwan incur travel and accommodation at cost.
Urgency. Engagements requiring delivery inside two weeks may carry a scheduling premium; we will state this clearly in your quote.
Payment terms
- Audits and workshops: 50% deposit to confirm dates; balance due on delivery of final materials.
- Retainers: Invoiced monthly in advance; cancellable with fourteen days’ notice after the initial four-week period.
What is not included in any fee
Software licences, printing, venue hire, or third-party legal review. If you need contract template changes, we can recommend counsel but do not provide legal advice.
