Engagement Process

A step-by-step view of what happens when your agency engages us for onboarding consulting.

Engagement Process

How we work with agency teams

Every engagement follows the same respectful sequence: understand your delivery model first, then recommend only what your team can realistically adopt. We do not arrive with a one-size template and force it onto your studio.

The engagement path

  1. Introductory inquiry — You share your agency type, team size, typical contract length, and where onboarding tends to stall. We respond within two business days with suggested consultation type and availability.
  2. Scoping call (30 minutes) — A video or phone conversation to confirm fit, discuss document access, identify interview participants, and answer fee questions. No charge for this call.
  3. Written quote & agreement — You receive a scope document listing deliverables, timeline, fee, and payment terms. Work begins after deposit payment and signed agreement.
  4. Discovery — For audits: interviews and document review. For workshops: pre-work questionnaire sent to participants. For retainers: kickoff call and priority list.
  5. Draft review — Audits include a mid-engagement feedback session. Workshops happen in a single facilitated block. Retainers include fortnightly check-ins.
  6. Delivery & handover — Final playbook, workshop summary, or retainer period close-out. We walk through materials with your lead and note recommended next steps.

Who should be involved

For audits, include someone who sees sales handoffs, someone who runs kickoffs, and someone from production or creative delivery. For workshops, sales and account leadership must attend together — otherwise decisions stall. For retainers, designate one operations or client services owner as primary contact.

Remote and on-site options

Audits and retainers are delivered remotely by default. Workshops can be held at your office anywhere in Taiwan or via video if teams are distributed. We accommodate Taiwan business hours and can schedule early evening sessions for Taipei-based teams when needed.
