About Linkflow Core Advisory
We help agencies build onboarding paths that protect client trust and reduce internal confusion.
Official business information
Registered business name: Linkflow Core Advisory
Established: 2018
Registered office: Office 10, 54 Demo Street, Chiayi 00000, Taiwan
Linkflow Core Advisory was founded in Chiayi after its principal consultant spent a decade inside agency account teams — first as a project coordinator, then as a client services director — watching capable studios lose client confidence in the quiet weeks after a contract was signed. The firm was registered to offer focused consulting on that specific problem: how agencies welcome, inform, and align new clients before production begins.
Our origin
In 2016, while leading operations at a twelve-person brand studio in central Taiwan, our founder documented every step between signed proposal and first creative review. The exercise revealed seventeen separate touchpoints — half undocumented, three duplicated, and two that clients never received at all. Colleagues at other agencies described the same pattern. Linkflow Core was built to address that gap directly, without selling software or generic management theory.
What we do today
We advise creative, marketing, PR, and communications agencies on client onboarding: intake forms, kickoff meetings, internal handoffs, welcome communications, and the timelines clients see in their first month. Our work is delivered through audits, facilitated workshops, and short implementation retainers.
Our approach
We start by observing how your studio actually wins and delivers work — retainer relationships, campaign sprints, or fixed-scope projects each need different onboarding rhythms. Recommendations are written for account managers and operations leads, not buried in strategy decks. We favour fewer, clearer steps over elaborate process maps.
The team
Lin Wei-Chen — Principal Consultant. Former client services director at brand and digital agencies in Taichung and Taipei. Facilitates audits and workshops.
Hsu Ya-Ting — Operations Analyst. Background in agency finance and project administration. Leads document review and playbook drafting.
Chen Ming-Hao — Associate Consultant. Previously account manager at a PR agency. Supports workshop facilitation and kickoff observations.
Values we bring to engagements
- Clarity over ceremony — Clients should know what happens next without reading a forty-page manual.
- Respect for delivery pressure — Onboarding changes must fit around live accounts, not halt them.
- Honest scope — We tell you when a problem is staffing, not process, and when it is the reverse.
Community
We participate in local agency meetups in Chiayi and Taichung and contribute articles to industry newsletters read by Taiwan-based studio owners. Our consulting remains independent — we do not resell software or take referral fees from vendors.
